B. Transit, Handling & Order Cut-Off Time (Domestic)

  • Domestic shipments are generally in transit for 4 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Order cut-off time is 6:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles).
  • Domestic order handling time is 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday).

C. Delivery Terms

We use UPS, USPS, and FedEx to deliver our products.

D. Change of Address

We cannot change the delivery address once your order is in transit. If you need to change the delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at [email protected]

E. Cancellations

If you change your mind before receiving your order, you can cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Refund Policy.

F. Parcels Damaged in Transit

If you find that a parcel is damaged in transit, please reject the parcel from the courier if possible and contact our customer service team. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service for further instructions.
